Single string for 3/4-size double bass
Light gauge
Designed for 3/4-size double basses with a 1060 mm (41 3/4") scale length, these Light tension strings offer an easier response for bowing. Helicore Orchestral double bass strings are made with a multi-strand steel core to offer warm tone and an exceptional bow response. Thanks to the special design of their core, these strings are very easy to play with the left hand. Optimized for bowing, they will also suit pizzicato if you are looking for very warm tone with less sustain.
