Q: What are your shipping and delivery times?

Orders placed and paid before 12 noon (French time) are prepared and shipped the same day, and the next day for orders placed in the afternoon, provided the items are in stock. Delivery then takes 24 to 72 hours depending on the carrier you choose. Parcels come with a tracking link.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank card (secure payment), PayPal, bank transfer or cheque. For card payments, your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted. For a bank transfer or a cheque, your order is processed once your payment has been received.

Q: How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation e-mail. For parcels, it includes a tracking link. You can also find your orders in the history of your customer account. Questions about delivery? Write to us from the Contact page.

Q: What happens if an item in my order is not available right away?

From your cart or your customer account, you can choose a separate shipment (paid option) to receive the available items quickly. Without this option, the order is usually shipped once all items are available.

Q: Are there discounts when I buy in quantity?

Yes: 10% off from 5 units of the same product and 20% off from 12 units, applied automatically in your cart.

1 What are your shipping and delivery times?

2 How much does delivery cost and when is it free?

In France and nearby Europe (Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands), delivery costs €3.90 for orders under €50 and is free from €50. For other European Union countries, expect €4.90. Outside the European Union, parcels are sent by Colissimo with signature, from €15 to €35 depending on the destination. The exact rate is shown in your cart before payment.

We deliver to France (mainland and overseas territories), the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway, as well as selected countries in North America (United States, Canada), Asia, Africa, Oceania and South America. The full list of available countries is shown at checkout.

7 What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return all or part of it. Items must be in their original condition and free of defects: sealed packaging must not have been opened, and items in unsealed packaging must not have been used. Submit your return request from your order history in your customer account. Once the return has been checked and approved, we refund your original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Yes. A professional account is open to companies and associations in France, self-employed individuals and professionals in the European Union with an intra-EU VAT number. It gives access to professional tools (custom quotes, quick order by reference, extended quantity discounts) and, depending on your status, to prices excluding tax. 10 How do I choose the gauge and type of strings for my instrument?

String gauge (thickness) changes playing comfort as much as tone: lighter gauges bend more easily, heavier gauges give more power and sustain. The right choice also depends on the instrument (electric, acoustic, classical, bass), the material and any coating that extends string life.
