Bass string, .130 gauge, with a tapered (non-wound) end, ProSteels range
Suitable for "super long scale" basses with a neck of up to 38" (96.52 cm)
ProSteels single bass strings are perfect as replacement strings or for building custom string sets. These strings are part of the D'Addario ProSteels range. ProSteels strings are the brightest, most magnetic bass strings in the entire D'Addario range. The special steel alloy delivers bright, harmonically rich highs along with deep, tight lows that work together to produce the "piano-like" sound bassists look for. Ideal for well-articulated fingerstyle playing or aggressive pick playing, ProSteels give you the extra bite and punch you need to make your instrument stand out in recordings.
