These professional terms and conditions supplement Cordes Express's Terms and Conditions of Use, which apply to every order placed on the site, including orders placed by a customer holding a professional account. In case of conflict between the two documents, the provisions below prevail for anything specific to the professional account.
Eligibility
A professional account may only be opened by individuals or legal entities carrying out a documented professional activity (business registration number, intra-community VAT number, or equivalent depending on the country of establishment). The information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
Account approval
Every professional account request is reviewed by our team before activation. Cordes Express reserves the right to accept, refuse, or suspend a professional account, in particular where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified.
Pricing and tax-free display
Professional accounts benefit from tax-free price display and, where the applicable eligibility conditions are met (delivery address, valid intra-community VAT number), tax-free invoicing in accordance with current regulations. The tax treatment applied depends on the delivery address and the account's tax status, independently of any other consideration.
Ordering, delivery, payment and right of withdrawal
Unless stated otherwise above, the rules governing ordering, delivery, payment, warranty, and the right of withdrawal are those set out in the site's Terms and Conditions of Use.
